VIP points can be earned by making in-game purchases, for example from offers. Every offer contains VIP points.

Every Offer contains information about the amount of VIP points it contains.

Getting a higher VIP level gives you access to various bonuses. You can check them by clicking on the VIP marker under your Hero's portrait.
