You can change your Hero's name, but there is one requirement. Your hero must be at least Level 30.

To change your name, in the game go to More > Settings > Manage Account.

On the bottom of the screen, you will see your Hero's name and a button to change it.

Pick a name wisely, because it can only be changed twice. After that, you can buy extra Name Certificates from Shop for gems.
