Also, make sure to check if you actually bought Items or Item Parts, as they can sometimes be confused with one another.

If you bought an offer and haven't received your items, please wait up to 24 hours, as sometimes there can be a delay receiving your rewards. If after this time you still haven't received your items, send our Support Team a message with an invoice of your payment and expected rewards.
