Recovering your account is easy, especially if in the past you have assigned your hero to Google Play (Android) / Game Center (iOS).

If you have, follow these steps:

1. If you haven't already got a new hero, open the game to create one and go through the tutorial as normal.

2. Once in the game, go to More > Settings > Manage Account, and see if the option Load Hero is active.

3. Press the Load Hero button and your old hero should be loaded!

If the Load Hero option is not available:

1. Go to More > Settings > Change (not Manage Account).

2. You will then be presented with a list of all of your heroes saved on your account.

3. If you can't see your hero, create a new one on the server you believe it was at (for example Europe).

4. You will then be asked to load your hero, press Load. Tada!
