On very rare occasions, players may experience an issue when sending or receiving gift boxes.

First, please allow up to 15 minutes for the gift to arrive to your mailbox or to the mailbox of the person the gift was sent to.

If the gift box doesn't arrive, please message us directly via the in-game Support Chat for a compensation. To ensure this process is as smooth and as quick as possible, please provide us with the following:

1. Who was the item sent to/by who?

2. What was the item?

3. When did that happen?
