If they don't arrive in 24 hours, please provide message our Support Team with the following information:

1. What rewards are you missing (Battle Event, Quest Event, etc)

2. If you're missing BE or QE rewards, what ranking did you place in (Silver, Gold, OR 1st, 6th etc).

3. A screenshot of your placement/points/trophies.
