You can get them by attending an action (mafia war). The number of points you gain is directly tied to the achievements in a given war. You can acquire:
- [1 point] for each district defended by your crew
- [2 points] for the 'Charger' title
- [2 points] for the 'Champion' title
- [2 points] for successfully defending your district

You can get a maximum total of 16 points per mafia war.
